We offer a full money-back guarantee for all purchases made on our website. If you are not satisfied with the product that you have purchased from us, you can get your money back no questions asked. You will only get paid for shipping fees according to location.

After the 14-day period you will no longer be eligible and won't be able to receive a refund. We encourage our customers to check their orders upon receive to make sure they totally meet their expectations.

Please take into consideration that Aneya’s products are handmade and sourced naturally. So, you may expect slight differences between each piece. Also the wood grain shape and color shade are picked randomly for each order as this is natural wood. However, we guarantee you very high quality with huge attention to details.

Aneya is not responsible for the shipping costs of returned items. Shipping costs of returned items will be deducted from the refunded fees. (Except in case they were delivered defected or damaged)
